Our grooving machines allow us to cut U and V channels to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Multiple grooving machines enable us to groove and cut channels out of board which is as thin as 20 point (.020”). Grooving allows an item to fold easily along the groove (for sample books, portfolios, setup boxes etc.).
We have the ability to groove one or two sides with multiple grooves per side. Finished boards are often grooved then cut to size by square cutting on one of our guillotines.
