Padding board
Padding board is typically 24-25 point (.024”-.025”) thick chipboard sheets cut to specific sizes such as 8.5×11, 11×17 and 12×18 and used as the backing to pads of paper, however we stock lots of larger size sheets in many calipers as well ranging from 28”x40” to 44”x64”. Ecologic Paper stocks these standard sizes in bundles and packed on skids for immediate delivery and can cut to any size as padding board and stiffeners.
Signage
paperboard signs are everywhere and typically made with white one side board such as clay coated board (CRB / CCNB) or sold white board (SBS). Chipboard can be printed on as well thought and has become increasingly popular with many due to its natural look and feel.
Protective packaging
- slip sheets / pallet liners / tier sheets to go right on the pallet to protect the product from nails on the pallet, and water and dirt
- layer pads / skid stabilizers to go between the stacks of printed materials stabilize the load; and
- pallet toppers to go on top of the pallet to protect the printed materials from moisture and dirt;
